The local government of General Santos City and the Mindanao State University recently launch a more colorful and vivacious Kalilangan Festival this year. The theme this year is "Convergence in Divergence: Enriching Heritage, Bridging Cultures". The 16th Kalilangan Festival is also the 73rd Foundation Anniversary Celebration of General Santos City.
